Join Mische for four modern Kundalini workshops to get us through Lockdown 3.0. This powerful practice creates change to how we feel, how we think and how we act, fast. We work through a set of postures to work with our chakra system, calming the nervous system and balancing the glandular system. This is an active practice that is not suitable for pregnancy.

Once you have purchased your place you will be sent the Zoom link plus a worksheet that we will work though in each class. Please arrive 5 minutes before we start, you will need your yoga mat, a bottle of water, notebook and pen or your print out.
