Join Mische one Sunday evening a month for a blissful 75 minutes of Restorative Yoga from the comfort of your home. Restorative yoga focuses on slowing down and giving your body the permission to completely relax. We gently work through a series of held poses supported by props you have in your home (cushions, pillows, duvets) that will alleviate stress, allowing the body to release completely. This shift in to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) allows the body to find homeostasis. A practice suitable for everyone, it focuses on inward reflection, letting go and feeling safe and supported. Perfect if you struggle with stress, struggle to sleep, feel like you never have enough time or are overwhelmed by our current events. Isn’t that all of us?

**If you are unable to make it to the live class, please feel free to still sign up as the recording will be sent to you and you will have 7 days to enjoy the practice at your leisure**

Once you have purchased your place you will be sent the Zoom link. Please arrive 5 minutes before we start, wear comfortable layers of clothing, grab the pillows off your bed, cushions off your sofa, a bolster if you have one, blankets, eye pillows, socks… dim the lights, light some candles, diffuse your favourite natural natural scents, anything that you feel will help you to relax. Option to bring a notepad and pen to journal after the practice too.
