Standard Shipping within the UK is £3.95 and our tiny team send out orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If an item is from a small run production we will have it in stock therefore please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. Most of our products are made to order, please see product descriptions for time estimates. We send complete orders, therefore if you order a small run item with a pre-order item, please expect to wait the time estimated on the pre-order products page. We believe that good things come to those who wait.
Our delivery is as eco as possible, therefore we send out all invoices electronically and package everything plastic free in recycled and recyclable paper bags.
We do ship internationally, however we are aware of our carbon footprint and so all international orders are final sale. Please order carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing with any size queries at firstname.lastname@example.org.
EU shipping is a flat rate of £15 (As of the 31.12.20 please note that you may have to pay VAT charges and handling fees depending on your country. For more information please click here.
Rest of the World shipping is a flat rate of £22
We send all international orders fully tracked, please allow 7-14 days for delivery of in stock items. Please note that most of our products are made to order, see product descriptions for time estimates.
Full payment is taken when you place your order, we will email you with your receipt of purchase. We will then email you as soon as your item has shipped. Please note once your made-to-order item has been purchased in your size we can not cancel when the item has been shipped.
Your oder will ship once all items in your order are available.
Our brand ethos is to only make what we need, this allows us to reduce over production and waste. We place orders with our UK factory every Monday at 10am, garments then take 3 weeks to be made to order and dispatched to our fulfilment team ready to be packed and sent to you. If you place your order past 9am on a Monday morning it will shift to the following Mondays factory orders. This allows our small team to work as efficiently as possible. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
As this is our first collection we are unable to offer free returns. Each piece is made to your order and we really hope you love it as much as we do. We will only offer free returns on something faulty or delivered by mistake. As we grow with your support we hope to be able to offer something more flexible for future collections. Please do order carefully, check our size chart and if you have any concerns regarding the fit or the size then email us: firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds and exchanges will only be offered to items that have not been worn and are still in their original state. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item has been damaged in any way. Please contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange or a refund and we will let you know where to send your returns. Please send your item(s) back in their original packaging (we like to reuse where we can).
We have high standards here, however if you feel that your order is faulty please contact us. We will asses the item deemed faulty and if we feel it is a fault from us we will replace the exact item at no extra cost.
Please note that items purchased with a promotional discount can not be refunded, only exchanged if the item is deemed faulty.
